All advertisements submitted to Adfin8 are subject to review and approval before publication or display.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their ad content:

Adfin8 provides users with scheduling and targeting options for their campaigns. Actual ad placement may depend on screen availability, campaign priorities, and inventory conditions.
Adfin8 will make reasonable efforts to deliver ads as per the agreed campaign plan but does not guarantee continuous or error-free display.
Any delays, interruptions, or discrepancies in ad display due to technical or operational issues will be managed as per the service-level agreement (if applicable).
Users agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the campaign proposal, quotation, or billing agreement.
Payments must be made within the timeline specified in the invoice.

Users must submit ad creatives in formats and specifications prescribed by Adfin8.
Adfin8 is not responsible for display errors, technical failures, or poor-quality output caused by incorrect file formats, corrupt files, or user-side technical issues.
Users are encouraged to test and validate creatives before campaign launch.
Adfin8 may collect and use campaign performance data to improve its services and provide insights.
User data will be handled as per Adfin8's Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, usage, and protection measures.
Adfin8 does not sell or share user data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for service delivery.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines governing DOOH and digital advertising in India, including but not limited to:

Users may terminate their account or campaign with written notice, subject to the terms of any ongoing contract.
Termination does not absolve users from outstanding payment obligations.
All materials, technology, tools, and creative content developed by Adfin8 remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Users may not reproduce, modify, or use Adfin8's proprietary assets without prior permission.
Adfin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its services. The total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the campaign in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Adfin8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
